We understand that shipping costs can add a significant expense when shopping online. We absorb these costs ourselves to provide you with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience. So go ahead-throw something else in your cart! Shipping is on us.
What are your shipment times?
Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS Ground 2-4 business days.
Example: If you order on Saturday, your order typically will be shipped out by Monday of the following week.

If you need to change your order, please message us here and we will do our very best to change your order. Typically, if you respond to us within 24-hours, we can make the changes :)

As of today, our focus is within the United States. If you are not in the USA, and would like to order, please message us here and we can discuss how we can help you.
Have an Issue With Your Order?
No problem. Our 30-day return policy is a testament to the quality of our products and our commitment to you that we stand behind our merchandise. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we want to make it right. Slobber or no slobber, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days. Please see guidelines below.
- EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30-DAYS OF WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVED
- THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- THE RETURNED ITEM MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION.
***ALL FUR NEEDS TO BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. IF YOUR ITEM COMES BACK DAMAGED, DIRTY OR WITH FUR ON THE HARNESS, THIS ITEM WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. (Items must be returned with all Tito's Closet tags attached.)
- WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ITEM, IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, PLEASE EMAIL US AT CONTACT@TITOSCLOSET.COM AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS FOR YOU!
- IT CAN TAKE UP TO 1-2 WEEKS FOR OUR TEAM TO OPEN YOUR RETURNED PACKAGE AND INSPECT THE ITEMS INSIDE. IF WE DECIDE THAT THE PRODUCT IS STILL IN NEW CONDITION, WE WILL EITHER ISSUE A REFUND OR SHIP YOUR EXCHANGE. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN UPDATED EMAIL FROM US WHENEVER THIS OCCURS.

We are unable to process returns or exchanges of individual components the Traveler Bag or Harness/Leash Walking Kits.
